The Northern California Tennis Foundation (NCTF) and the United States Tennis Association Northern California Section (USTA NorCal) are committed to promoting and developing tennis growth and participation in communities throughout Northern California and Northwestern Nevada. The established philanthropic entity of USTA NorCal is the NCTF which is a public supported tax exempt charity founded in 2010. NCTF supports community based grassroots tennis and education programs and deserving tennis playing youth with financial grants.
