Adam Mash is the new Tennis Service Representative (TSR) for Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito Counties & the cities of Gilroy and Morgan Hill.

Adam is a brand new graduate out of UC Santa Cruz with a degree in economics. He grew up in San Rafael—and last summer worked in a Ten and Under Tennis Program with Charlie Fager (one of our North Bay leaders) and got to know fellow TSR, Michelle Skipwith too. The program was such a success that Adam was asked to help replicate the program at other North Bay sites.

Adam learned the game of tennis from a phenomenal coach named Kevin Madera. Kevin taught him many of the virtues crucial to tennis like patience, persistence, and dedication. These virtues have served him well in life as well as tennis.  He continued his tennis career at UC Santa Cruz where he captained the Tennis On Campus club team.

Adam said, "The TSR position is an incredible opportunity to be on the cutting edge of the new developments in US tennis. I feel that the future for our youth players is looking brighter every day with new initiatives like 10 and Under Tennis and Junior Team Tennis."

Adam is excited to work with all of the organizations and individual members to grow our tennis community. He aims  insure the success of the new USTA initiatives and to further the improvements being made to the existing programs.
