It’s a great time to be a junior tennis player in America. Over the course of the last few years Patrick McEnroe (USTA General Manager of Player Development), Jose Higueras (USTA Director of Coaching) and their team have been working hard to restore American tennis to international prominence.
The mission of the USTA Player Development Program is to develop world-class American players through a clearly defined training structure and competitive pathway as well as through the implementation of a comprehensive coaching philosophy.
The USTA NorCal has several great opportunities for players and their parents to get involved in the Player Development vision. Our new Player Development Newsletter is the vehicle for communicating with you about:
