Welcome to Junior Team Tennis in Northern California

If you are interested in joining a team sport, checkout what is going on in Northern California! We have various levels and age groups for kids to join, whether if they are just starting to play tennis, or if they want to compete against other teams in Northern California, there is always a place for kids to play in Junior Team Tennis! 

Jr. Team Tennis Leagues 

The 2009 Spring season is now playing at locations all over Northern California.  Find a Local League. 
Jr. Team Tennis Leagues are volunteer-based leagues that are perfect for beginners and for those who do not wish to travel too far for competition because all matches are played at one site.  

Sectional (Sign up for the upcoming 2009 Summer Jr. Team Tennis League)

Perfect for intermediate players with an NTRP rating of 3.0 or below, the sectional level is the first traveling level of team tennis. Single gender teams play a 6 week schedule of home and away matches with all-star team advancing to play against other league winners at the NorCal Jr. Team Tennis Championships where they compete for the President's Cup.

State (Sign up for the upcoming 2009 Summer Jr. Team Tennis League)

This advanced level of competition is open to all players in Northern California. After competing on a single-gender team that plays a 6 week home and away schedule, league winners advance to the NorCal Jr. Team Tennis Championships. Those who win the Section Championships move on to represent Northern California against Southern California for the State Championship in the Gar Glenney Cup.

National

The most advance level of play, offers the opportunity for teams made of 3 boys and 3 girls to compete in Concord, CA where the winning team gets the chance to represent Northern California in the Jr. Team Tennis National Championships in Mobile, Alabama.
