Video Rental Policy :

• The rate per video is $7.00 (payable to USTA NorCal), which includes prepaid return postage and a pre-addressed return shipping label for your use when sending back the video. The viewing period is 2 weeks plus 2 days for the video to reach you and 2 days for the return.
  
  
• To ensure that videos are returned promptly for the enjoyment of others, please fill out and return by fax, scan or U.S. Postal Service the VIDEO RENTAL AGREEMENT. There is a late fee of $2/day/tape (maximum $45/tape). You can also request an agreement be sent to you by calling our Player Services desk at (510) 748-7373.
  
  
• If you find something that you would like to rent, please email your selection to us at Playerservices@norcal.usta.com. If the video you selected is currently checked out, you will be placed on a reservation list and notified of the expected wait time. You can let us know at that time if you would like us to send the video at a later date.
