Any interrupted or rained-out matches must be completed by this deadline. In determining final standings, any matches not completed by this deadline will be counted as losses for both teams.

Winner of #1 vs #4 plays winner of #2 vs #3.
Teams may play earlier if both captains agree, but not later.
