USTA membership is the first step towards joining a Northern California league team or entering a USTA sanctioned tournament. Both leagues and tournaments provide playing opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
USTA League is the country’s largest adult recreational tennis league. Jr. Team Tennis Leagues provide kids, ages 8-18, beginner to advanced, with the opportunity to practice and compete on a team with their friends.
Thousands of juniors and adults compete in USTA sanctioned tournaments each year receiving local, section or national USTA rankings. Tournaments are offered for all ability levels and age categories.

USTA Northern California members receive Indside Tennis, the latest tennis news and commentary. Each issue includes the NorCal call with stories and photos profiling our members and organizations. You'll also receive annual subscriptions to both TENNIS* and USTA Magazine for Adult and Family members. Exclusively for junior members is SMASH magazine.

The USTA/Norcal Video Library is another special benefit available to our section members. Over the past year we have added many new selections, and we continue to update on a regular basis.
