USTA NorCal Shows Support at SF Pride

2012 marked the 42nd anniversary of the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade. The theme  was "Global Equality" and the event was  held over the weekend of June 23 and 24, 2012.
The two-day celebration took  place in Civic Center Plaza in downtown San Francisco. The Parade, which took place the Sunday morning of the event, kicked off from Beale Street along Market and ended at Market and 8th St. in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

With over 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors, and more than 20 stages and venues, the San Francisco LGBT Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest LGBT gathering in the nation.
The Mission of the San Francisco Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Pride Celebration Committee is to educate the world, commemorate our heritage, celebrate our culture, and liberate our people.

USTA NorCal was on site in collaboration with GLTF (Gay, Lesbian, Tennis Federation) to lend its support.
