The Diversity Service Award and Diversity Junior Achievement Award are given in recognition of those individuals and organizations who, in spite of the obstacles, have dedicated themselves to achieving excellence in the face of adversity and to helping young people of color develop their potential as athletes, scholars and citizens through the lifetime sport of tennis. The Diversity Junior Achievement Award is given in memory of the late Arthur Ashe and is given to the recipient of the Arthur Ashe College Scholarship.
