2009 Adult League Players:  We want to hear from you.

USTA Adult League Tennis    For men and women 18 years of age and older, with local, district and section championships, culminating in a national championship. NTRP levels include 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5 and Open divisions. Team match format consists of two singles matches and three doubles matches, except for the 2.5, 5.0, 5.5 and Open divisions, which play one singles match and two doubles matches.

Full Adult League Calendar

Rosters for our Adult League teams are limited to players with ratings at team level or 0.5 below team level. (For example, a 3.0 may not join a 4.0 team.) This rule does not apply to 5.5 or Open level teams. If you are planning to appeal your rating, please do not join a team until your appeal is processed.

Help form a 2010  Adult League 2.5 team and earn a $150 bonus!  **Details**





 Adult League :

  • Men's teams and Women's teams
  • Each team match consists of five individual matches, two singles and three doubles teams (three individual matches for 2.5, 5.0, 5.5 and Open: one singles and two doubles)
  • Skill levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5 and Open.


Player Participation :

  • Players may join more than one team. Refer to:                                      Local League Area Regulations-PLAYER PARTICIPATION


Eligibility requirements:

  • USTA membership
  • Valid rating no higher than the skill level of the team
  • Minimum age: 18 years prior to or during the calendar year in which player plays in his/her first local league match.
